Good afternoon!  I am VERY sorry for my delay in getting back to you.

I gather that Michael Cherven is the new SPAM president (I did check on line) we will update the contact information.

I am including Terri(the Account Service manager for SPAM) on this email.  The address I see in our system is the Beacon Street address.  I think that perhaps there is another spot in the claims system that has the other address.
