Thank you for getting back to me.  I need to know if the increases that I sent over in February due to 2020 W-2 information was put through. 

It seems that we are not getting all the premium that we should be.  If the changes were not processed that would explain why the premium is lower.    In addition, we are unable to pull the deduction statement from the state site that we have been able to pull in the past.

Can I have a contact that can help with that?
