AFSME documents.
Doesn’t look like any real concessions on AFSME’s part. They did withdraw a complaint on PFML, but they also got some other language gets as well.

Gentlemen,
I spoke with John Langan yesterday and during the conversation I asked whether he has reached any agreements and he told me that he had settled contracts with 3 of their biggest unions covering 30,000 employees: AFSCME, NAGE & 509.
I checked with my contact at AFSCME and he informed me that this summary pretty much is the agreement and that there were no concessions or give backs made by AFSCME.
I'll be at GHQ by 0915 in the morning.
