Subject: 2021 PRC Q2 - SPAM Review

As of today, we have 41 policies that have made its way through the Policy Review Committee for 2021 Quarter 2.

We would like to give SPAM the opportunity to review these policies and provide any feedback. All substantive content changes have been highlighted

in yellow within the attached policies. We have also included a Summary Document which provides an overview of what has been changed, but we

recommend going through the policies to review the highlighted changes. Keep in mind, Strategic Planning will fix formatting issues within the

attached policies prior to promulgation.

Just to recap, we currently have 36 policies for Q1 that were sent for SPAM review back on 6/16/21. Once those are reviewed and signed off by the Colonel,

we will promulgate. Subsequently, we will be pushing out these 41 policies for Q2 soon thereafter once SPAM and OS finish their review.

20-SM-07 requires that all our policies are reviewed on an annual basis, so we are trying our best to spread them out despite being delayed by promotional

exams. Q3 is projected to have approximately 47 policies to be promulgated at the beginning of October so we are hoping not to bombard members with

too many policies at once.
