Hi Patrick,

 

I apologize for the delay.  Attached is a revised settlement agreement for cancellation of Type I or II Details after the start time.  The Colonel and Deputy are comfortable with expanding this beyond Tpr. Safford�s scenario where she was on site to include when a member is �in commuting status to the detail site�.

 

As far as revisions you made to the previously submitted format to you, I returned it to our format.  Settlement agreements state the agreed upon terms given before the subsequent exchange for the withdrawal of grievances or other actions.

 

Please review, sign and return to me for full execution with the Deputy.
