Hello Matthew,

I have attached two documents that need to be signed and returned to me, along with the most recent copy of our Trust Agreement.

Per the Agreement, I will need the President of SPAM to provide an Appointment letter, on SPAM letterhead, naming you as the trustee. In addition, I will need you to print and sign the Acceptance document. If you could do that and email back to me, it would be very much appreciated!
