I just received this and the Court denied the Motion for Injunctive Relief. I will print it and read it carefully and provide you with comments but from a quick reading it appears that she keeps going back to the expertise of DLR and that they are best qualified to resolve hat she deems to be a complex legal issue, that being, whether there was a duty to bargain over the policies.

I'll follow up on this in the morning but I wanted you to get it from me first.
