Pat,

I don't want to overthink this but we need to take note because typically I can get a charge docketed with a single allegation and without an extensive summary yet in this case the Director ( a state employee) determines that the charge was "deficient" which is normally a determination to be made at the investigation conference. I don't know whether it's the result of him being bored from working remotely or due to the captionof the case so we'll just cure the deficiency, refile and keep this in the memory bank.

Mike,

Attached is correspondence from DLR which is troubling because I have never gotten a notice of a deficient filing even when we've filed an extremely vague submission without a written summary. Apparently he wants us to identify each specific policy/rule or reg that they implemented unilaterally which seems to be.a bit anal in light of the normal practices.

So we need to carve them out from para 7 and since you may need some help I have copied Corey and Shawn.

I will be in the office tomorrow if you have any questions.
