I am sorry to follow up again on this…..so if they are suspended without pay they don’t have a paycheck and they would not be able to pay the premium so I think that they need to come off our billing sheet…..

How would I know if they go back to work? 

I am sorry for all these questions I am managing the bill/communication with the state/SPAM. 

I would want a trooper that goes back to work to be able to have the LTD benefit but, I would need to start the premium again.

I would assume if a trooper is suspended without pay their pay from the state would stop.  Is that accurate?
