I believe I have located another trooper that may have been promoted.
Jeffrey LeBlanc is appearing on the state of MA site as a Lieutenant. This would mean he is no longer eligible for the LTD.
Can you tell me if he is still having deductions taken out of his paycheck?
I don�t have the members email address to contact him.
