Hi All,

The Judge ruled late this afternoon on the NEPBA/MassCop merged suit.  It's attached below.  Briefly, it appears the judge has ruled that questions 6 & 7 are unconstitutional and not to be used. 

When I know more from the POST Commission, I'll share as quickly as possible.  I am being told that the attorneys are reviewing it.  If anyone has anything more to share or hears something else, please let me know.
