Good Afternoon,

Please send the below information if you have not yet already!

This is a reminder that the building fire drill will take place Tuesday, November 1st, beginning approximately between 10:00AM and 11:00AM. Attached is the Emergency Procedures and Evacuation plan for the building. Prior to the drill, we request that you please send us the 3 pieces of information below by Friday, October 28th regarding fire wardens, employees with disabilities, and your company�s meeting area. 

1.       Names of fire wardens. The fire wardens should help direct personnel out of the building and to the tenant�s designated meeting area and ensure that all personnel are accounted for. They should also identify any employees who may need assistance evacuating the building. More detail on warden responsibilities is outlined in the attached manual.

2.       Names and floor of any mobility impaired persons. Occupants with mobility impairments should wait in the corridor adjacent to the lobby stairwell for assistance.

3.       Designated meeting place outside the building. Building staff will check in with the designated floor warden after the drill is complete to inform tenants that they may re-enter the building.
