John,

Why has it been 7 days since a press release.  This is ongoing criminal harassment of a political candidate and gross neglect of duty by the appointed position of Town Administratorz yourself. 

Please put out a press release immediately and without delay with my side of the story in it. You have my written account and the Cheifs account BOTH run counter to the press release. The Cheifs account, certified on paper, does not accurately represent what I said(inaccurate and provable with video evidence.) Either way it's a more believable account of whatever Charles made up.

Either way, even that account as the first one to see my animal and talk to someone in person, the cheif no less, is different than the press release.

I am not asking again. I am not asking for you to file criminal complaint as I have already done what I am asking for the final time that an accurate press release go out to the public without delay. My mother's health is failing during this horrible week. End this today, tangible harm is being accumulated.

In this corresponding I am also lodging a formal complaint as a resident of Tisbury about how case # #2023001448  has been handled by the Tisbury Police. One being my supplemental witness statment, submitted to yourself and the town clerk, is not included in the police report. That should be enough cause to get the ball rolling. 

I am also requesting an outside investigator be appointed 'as soon as possible to look into the matter as this is urgent and is a conflict of interest as I am a candidate for Tisbury Selectboard.
