I called this morning around 6:34am about a man in a pick up truck that was driving erratically. He tailgated me and was harassing me on rte 2. After I let him by, I got back into the passing lane and he hit his brakes. He got into the exit lane and then swerved in front of me and hit his brakes. This video is after the tailgating and I moved over to let him pass me. The photo is when he was tailgating. There were 0 car lengths between us.
