We found another employee, Jeffrey Russell (xxx-xx-7076) who was listed on your spreadsheet.  He has informed us that he did not want to have this reinstated.  Can you  please issue a refund.  Trooper Jeffrey Russell had Guardian deduction in error.  The total is $461.54.
