On Tuesday night MSP High Risk Victims Unit and Boston Human Trafficking Unit arrested a male operator who was impersonating a trooper, and he was trying to pick up girls. In his front windshield we observed a 2022 SPAM sticker #2507, see attached pic. Could you please tell me who does that number belong to so I can advise him/her if same.
