I finally heard back from the department on the form. The Chief Legal Counsel stated that there is no form or agreement that could be made where the Department would share a W2. So, this leaves us back at square one. I have some availability to do a conference call on Friday if everyone would like to get on the line and see if we can come up with an alternative solution.
