I hope that you are doing well.  I wanted to reach out to you and let you know that we are increasing the rates slightly on 8.1.20 due to the poor experience on the plan.  The plan is running at a 336.6% incurred loss ratio. 

The increase we are requesting is 5%. I am going to reach out to payroll to let them know.  I hope that they don�t give me any problems.  If they do I will let you know.

The rates will increase as shown below.

We also need to address notification when troopers are promoted.  We are not getting timely information and requesting refunds for this troopers is an involved process. 

I had reached out to Jeanine Hopkins, Director of Payroll for MA state police and she is not comfortable giving me information on troopers that I was unable to find on the MA site for their 2019 earnings. 

I used the MA site to update all the salaries of the troopers to bring them up to date.  It was awesome and Jeanine has updated the salaries and payroll deductions.  I will send you a separate email with the troopers I was questioning.
