Subject: SPAM W-2 earnings redetermination date

Chris,

Happy New Year!  I hope that you are doing well!  I wanted to let you know that it is that time of the year where we need the updated W-2 information from the troopers.

I have been using the state site to pull the 2020 earnings for the troopers that are on the LTD program with Guardian.

Once I am done with the process, I send the information to payroll.  Troopers will most likely see a change in the deduction for the LTD (if they earned more or less in 2020).  I wanted to let you know. 

When I have gone through all the troopers enrolled I will share the sheet with you.

SPAM also covers Sergeant�s in their negotiations correct?
