I hope that you are all doing well. Based on the poor experience of the Long Term Disability plan we need to increase the rates slightly on 8.1.20. The increase is 5%.
I am including the changes to the deductions for each trooper. As requested, I am only including the name of the trooper, the last 4 of their social security and the biweekly premium deduction
that goes into effect on 8.1.20.
If you would please let me know that you received this information and you can move forward with the request I would greatly appreciate it.
There may be troopers on here who have been promoted or are no longer employed or retired. I have reached out to Chris at SPAM to clarify the troopers whose status I don�t know.
