Thank you so much for your time today. My suggestion is to go back to payroll and ask if they are willing to accept the attached form for the changes in deductions each year. We take the W-2 off the table, they don’t need to give us that information..
The question is if payroll would accept this form to allow the deductions to change each year WITHOUT getting a signed form every year. I hope that makes sense. Essentially this form would all us to report the deduction changes and age band increases to payroll without getting a signed from the individual trooper every year. The troop would need to sign a form to stop deductions from their paychecks.
